The Log of the Grayswandir

The Grayswandir finally leaves Gashuumi, after stopping briefly to retrieve a few last passengers. But one of their own brings a dangerous agent into their midst.

Derek receives the report from "Radish" on what they know about the "Spoilsports" and the "Embers." He debates what to tell the crew, but an unusually antagonistic Varan disrupts the pre-lift meeting.

TliSec confronts Derek and Saahna about the Stetons, but come up empty. Pelter reveals the plan to get the Stetons off-planet, and Derek realizes how the Grayswandir may have the importance that Dr. Korvusar's models seem to think it has through the upcoming difficult times.

Derek and Saahna spend a relaxing day at the resort, while again arguing over how much the Grayswandir's growing reputation is affecting them.
