Derek has a rare, quiet day.

Derek finally makes contact with a very unhappy "Elijah Green".

Derek talks to Dr. Korvusar but she has nothing to add to what he has found. He then visits a local bar and has a run-in with one of the locals.

Derek meets with Minister Trakon and Mayor Moraz and finds that the treaty between Boilingbrook and Kupakii is being signed, which will do nothing to endear Scout Commander Winters to them. Then, he and the crew go to meet their contact on Kupakii, but find no one.
